We are looking for a talented Concept Artist to help define the visual direction and create production-ready designs for our projects

About the role

As a Concept Artist, you will help define the visual direction of our projects, creating designs that are not only visually compelling but also production-ready. Your work will support worldbuilding, narrative, and the transition from concept to 3D production

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, production-oriented concept art for characters, effects, and environments/props

Create color scripts, lighting, and mood studies to support worldbuilding and visual direction

Contribute to the creation of exploratory and prototype concept art for pitching and defining game scenarios

Provide paint-overs and visual feedback to guide character and environment teams, ensuring consistency in look, feel, and lighting

Ensure concepts are clear and usable for downstream production (3D and implementation)

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating solid design skills in concept art

Ability to receive, interpret, and implement artistic direction effectively

Deep understanding of core illustration principles, including perspective, composition, color, and lighting

Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated, with clear communication skills

Proficiency in Photoshop and/or other industry-standard digital 2D tools

Nice to have

Knowledge of game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity

Familiarity with 3D workflows and asset pipelines

Experience working in outsourcing or co-development environments

Ability to adapt to different visual styles to match project and client needs
