We are looking for a talented Prop Artist to help create high-quality, production-ready assets for our projects

About the role

As a Prop Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both artistic and technical requirements within real-time environments. Your work will contribute to building consistent and immersive environments, ensuring assets are optimized and ready for integration within production pipelines

Responsibilities

Work closely with the art team to develop high-quality, production-ready assets

Create models, textures, and materials for hard surface and organic props across different styles and levels of complexity

Integrate assets into game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or similar

Ensure assets meet both visual quality and performance requirements

Follow and maintain consistency with project art direction and technical guidelines

Prepare assets for integration within real-time production pipelines

Requirements

Proficiency in modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or ZBrush

Solid understanding of the PBR workflow and real-time asset creation

Ability to work from photo references and concept art

Understanding of asset optimization and performance considerations

Ability to adapt to different visual styles to match project and client needs

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience working with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity

Experience working in outsourcing or co-development environments

Basic understanding of technical art constraints and implementation
